Dr Matthew Woo is a trusted clinical psychologist in Singapore who specialises in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) therapy. He is the founder president of EMDR Singapore in 2010-2012, and has been a facilitator with the EMDR institute since 2011. He has also undertaken the Basic and Masters Level Training for EMDR therapy from 2007-2012. He is also the President of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitiation Reprocessing) Asia, an organisation that upholds the standards and training of EMDR therapy across Asia.
Dr Matthew Woo also uses CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) to enhance the application of positive thinking and coping strategies in the application to problems related to mental health. He continues to teach at the National University of Singapore on the Psychotherapy program as an Adjunct A/Prof.

He is also the Immediate Past President of EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitiation Reprocessing) Asia, an organisation that upholds the standards and training of EMDR therapists across Asia.
